These Terms & Conditions apply to every registration made on this website for Momentum 2026, the cultural fest of The NorthCap University. Payments are taken online through Razorpay. By paying for a registration you accept them.
The short version: registration fees are non-refundable. The sections below say what happens in each situation that can come up.
Payments and refunds
Participant changes their mind
No refundPayments are non-refundable under the Terms & Conditions.
Payment failed or was cancelled
Nothing takenNo money was captured. The registration stays saved and they can pay again.
Registrations closed or the event was hidden while they were paying
No refundThe payment still confirms, because they started before it closed.
Fee changed after they paid
No refundThey keep the registration at the price they paid. No partial refund and no top-up.
Fee changed while their payment window was open
No refundThey pay the amount shown when the window opened, and the registration confirms.
Organisers cancel a registration or an event
ManualThere is no automatic cancel-and-refund. The organisers refund it by hand through Razorpay.
