Artistry Arena (Art Competition)
Requirements: Participants are required to bring their own materials, including canvases, paints, brushes, or other tools. A list of allowed materials will be provided upon registration.Competition Format: The competition will last for 1 hour. Participants will create their artwork based on a theme announced at the start of the event. Submission: Completed artworks must be submitted at the end of the time limit for evaluation.

Rules
  • Theme: The theme for the artwork will be announced at the beginning of the event. All entries must relate to this theme.
  • Originality: All artwork must be original. Plagiarized or copied works will lead to disqualification.
  • Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and encouraging atmosphere. Disruptive behavior or disrespect towards others’ works will not be tolerated.
  • The decision of the judges shall be final and binding.
  • In the event of any disputes that may arise during the competition, the decision made by the organizers will be final and binding.
  • A panel of 3-5 judges with expertise in art will evaluate the submissions based on the scoring criteria.

  • Participants found under the influence of cigarettes, alcohol, or narcotics, or using unfair means, regardless of the event they are participating in or the institution they represent, will be prohibited from participating and asked to leave the premises of the organizing institute.
  • Once registered for an event, under no circumstances the registration fees shall be refunded to the participants in case of absence/ disqualification.
Judging Criteria
  • Creativity (30%): Originality and uniqueness of the artwork.
  • Technique (30%): Mastery of the chosen medium and skill in execution.
  • Theme Relevance (20%): How well the artwork adheres to the announced theme.
  • Presentation (20%): Overall aesthetics, including composition and finishing.
  • A panel of 3-5 judges with expertise in art will evaluate the submissions based on the scoring criteria.
