Registration: Participants must register in advance as individuals or in teams (up to 3 members per team). Theme Announcement: A specific theme or prompt will be announced at the start of the event (e.g., current events, pop culture, etc.). Creation Period: Participants will have a set amount of time (e.g., 45 mins) to create their memes using any digital tools or applications. Each participant or team may submit a limited number of memes (e.g., up to 3 memes). Submission: Memes must be submitted electronically in a specified format (e.g., JPEG, PNG) by the end of the creation period.

Rules
Originality: All submitted memes must be original creations. Plagiarized memes or those that violate copyright will lead to disqualification.
Content Guidelines: Memes must be appropriate for all audiences. Offensive or inappropriate content will not be tolerated and will result in disqualification.
Technical Requirements: Memes should adhere to size guidelines and be submitted in a clear and readable format.
Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain professionalism and respect toward other competitors. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
The decision of the judges shall be final and binding.
In the event of any disputes that may arise during the competition, the decision made by the organizers will be final and binding.
Participants found under the influence of cigarettes, alcohol, or narcotics, or using unfair means, regardless of the event they are participating in or the institution they represent, will be prohibited from participating and asked to leave the premises of the organizing institute.
Once registered for an event, under no circumstances the registration fees shall be refunded to the participants in case of absence/ disqualification.
Judging Criteria
Creativity (40%): Originality and uniqueness of the meme in relation to the theme.
Humor (30%): Effectiveness of the meme in eliciting laughter or amusement.
Relevance (20%): How well the meme adheres to the announced theme or prompt.
Presentation (10%): Overall visual appeal and clarity of the meme.
A panel of judges with expertise in social media and meme culture will evaluate the submissions based on the scoring criteria.
